Robb Heering Jr, PGA PGA Professional
Robb is an award winning PGA Professional with 17 years of experience, working in various facets throughout South Florida PGA and Metropolitan PGA sections. Robb is most notably known for his inspirational story on how golf saved his life, and has been featured in numerous golf publications, including PGA Magazine, PGA.com, local news and Fox Sports “Golf America” television show. His dedication to inspiring others through golf has been a major part of his career over the past decade.
Robb has been active in South Florida PGA section foundation programs, Metropolitan PGA section programs, is an accomplished player and volunteers his time to help grow the game.
In 2021, Robb was awarded the Deacon Palmer Award by the Metropolitan PGA – “Special recognition of a PGA Professional who personally displays outstanding integrity, character and leadership, in the effort to overcome a major obstacle in their life". Robb was selected and played on the 2021 Metropolitan PGA Squire Cup Team and was part of the winning team that year. Robb served on the PGA LEAD Cohort II team, (a leadership development team for PGA Members) currently serves on the National PGA Tournament Committee and also serves on the National PGA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Subcommittee. In addition to teaching and coaching, Robb keeps an active playing schedule competing in professional events throughout the PGA and various professional golf tours.
