Will joined Game On Golf Center in 2023 and was named Director of Instruction in 2024. As Director of Instruction at Game On Golf Center, Will’s focus is to provide an enjoyable and productive environment for individual coaching and group programs.

Will coaches both private and group sessions full-time for Game On’s Academy while also planning and implementing programs including: US Kids Player Pathway Clinic, Ladies Beginner Classes, Golf School I and II, the Adult Clinic Series, Summer Camp, Advanced Camp, and Supervised Junior and Senior Practice Sessions.

Will works with golfers of all ages and skill levels and currently works with College players and many of the area's Top Junior Players. He is constantly enhancing his teaching skills through personal education and learning from renowned instructors. He is a member of the Skilled Coaching Alliance, a Leadbetter Certified Instructor, a Scott Cowx Advanced Instructor 9.0, and certified in various Putting technologies. Each lesson with Will starts with an analysis of your equipment and current game. From there you will set goals, and together develop a practice and personalized improvement plan that fits into your schedule.

Michael Bulger, PGA

Michael brings a wealth of teaching and coaching expertise to Game On Golf Center, where he will serve as the Director of Player Development this season. With a strong background in player improvement, he specializes in coaching programs designed to accelerate skill transfer from practice to the golf course. By integrating cutting-edge technology such as Trackman and K-Vest, Michael tailors his instruction to each student’s needs, optimizing movement patterns, clarifying key concepts, and delivering just the right amount of feedback for effective learning.

Before joining Game On Golf Center, Michael honed his coaching skills at Birchwood Country Club in Westport, CT, and previously served as the PGA Director of Player Development and Junior Golf Academy Director at The Patterson Club in Fairfield, CT. His dedication to junior golf earned him recognition as a Top 50 Master Kids Instructor by U.S. Kids Golf in 2015. Additionally, he spent six out of the past seven winters coaching at Grey Oaks Country Club in Naples, FL. Earlier in his career, Michael spent eight years teaching at the prestigious Pinehurst Golf Academy under the mentorship of Golf Magazine Top 100 Teachers Eric Alpenfels and Dr. Bob Christina.

A PGA of America member since 2000, Michael is certified as a TPI Level 3 Golf Practitioner and holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University. With a passion for player development and a commitment to innovation, he looks forward to helping golfers of all levels achieve their goals this season.

Robb is an award winning PGA Professional with 17 years of experience, working in various facets throughout South Florida PGA and Metropolitan PGA sections. Robb is most notably known for his inspirational story on how golf saved his life, and has been featured in numerous golf publications, including PGA Magazine, PGA.com, local news and Fox Sports “Golf America” television show. His dedication to inspiring others through golf has been a major part of his career over the past decade.

Robb has been active in South Florida PGA section foundation programs, Metropolitan PGA section programs, is an accomplished player and volunteers his time to help grow the game.

In 2021, Robb was awarded the Deacon Palmer Award by the Metropolitan PGA – “Special recognition of a PGA Professional who personally displays outstanding integrity, character and leadership, in the effort to overcome a major obstacle in their life". Robb was selected and played on the 2021 Metropolitan PGA Squire Cup Team and was part of the winning team that year. Robb served on the PGA LEAD Cohort II team, (a leadership development team for PGA Members) currently serves on the National PGA Tournament Committee and also serves on the National PGA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Subcommittee.
